Job Costing

Maracom’s bespoke Job Costing programme has the facility for real-time reporting. Current measurables include reporting on response time, fix time and completion time; however, any reporting that is not currently available on the Job Costing system could be written into the programme to suit client requirements.
The real-time reporting system has been used by Maracom for many years and was implemented as a means of best meeting client requests. The functioning of this system means that Maracom currently meets 96.7% of all Service Level Agreements for contract clients.
